Foreign Institutional Investor (FII) is one type inventor, which come to invests and trades in one country from other in the financial markets include Insurance or reinsurance companies, pension funds and mutual funds, Investment Trust, Endowment Funds, Bank etc... It’s denoted as FII.
In the India country, SEBI (Security Exchange Board of India) is registered activity of foreign institutional Investor in a country.


The Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) have come out as important players in the Indian equity market in the recent past. This is the most important watch activity of Foreign Institutional Investor because work of FII is very highly in the equity market.
